The Retelling is a collection of texts and stories that are central to the [[Thanirism|Thanirist Faith]]. It is based on the [[Telling of the Aspects]], that predated it by several millenia according to current belief. The Retelling builds on the teachings and stories of the Telling, with the addition of the intervention and words of the [[Aspects]] during the [[Scorched Conquest]]. As such, it is considered the most common historical source for the period, even though current historians consider it to be suffering from a major cultural and religious bias. The Retelling includes tales covering all five [[Ages]] of [[Erathia]]'s history, with the most recent texts added shortly after the [[Second Twilight of the Aspects]].
