Liandro no Meris (born the 19th day of the 2nd Prejudice 1513) is an artist and esteemed teacher of the arts in the city of [[Dorn Ellos]] in [[Dael Orros]].
Liandro is seen as one of the greatest artists in history, and is credited as the leader of the [[High Reign of Blood]] art movement. Despite his relatively young age, Liandro has achieved a great notoriety across continents due to his experimentation with [[Moment Sculpture|Moment sculpting]] and his spearheading of the art form during his studies. While moment sculpting is the main reason of his fame, he is also recognised for his knowledge in anatomy, astronomy, botany, engineering and painting. His collective works have heavily helped propel the progress made in the [[Moment Industrial Leap]] as observed in the past decades.
# Biography
Liandro no Meris, properly named Liandro Askar no Meris, was born on the 19th day of the 2nd Prejudice 1513 in, or close to, the coastal town of [[Norrom Ben]], some 30 kilometers from the city of [[Dorn Ellos]]. He was born from the union between Paeri no Meris, a local surgeon, and Imanuela no Store, a seamstress. Most of his childhood is unknown, and has been partially made available from the work of biographer and historian Katerin no Meavasari, who compiled Liandro's biography alongside those of others in *Lives of Monuments of the Arts*.
His most famous works are *The Death of Ciaran* and *Aspects of the Storm* which have respectively been exposed in palaces in [[Dorn Ellos]] and [[Yrom Kell]] from where the orders were passed. These sculptures were made possible by Liandro's studies of the [[Moment]] on different materials and lifeforms. His creations are a combination of multiple textures and medium whose reactions to the Moment vary and bring the sculptures to life in a unique form during each [[Momentstorm]].
