The Tessarchy, commonly called the Four Cities, was an alliance of Nthumerian city-states dominated by [[Gardh]] during the end of the 15th century of the [[Reign of Blood]]. They were allied in opposing the weight of the [[Aspectdom of Than]] on the Nthumerian coast.
